Hi All,
I have a 2016 elantra and my air went out. I have done the leak test, drain and filled with new, tested clutch, checked all fuses and relays I could find related. I still have only warm air. I believe I have narrowed it down to the blend door actuator. I got one this past weekend and tried to install it, but im pretty sure it in there wrong.
When you go to line it up, you have 3 different pins that fit in the actuators grooves, I believe it controls the doors to control temp, vent it comes out of, and one to do recirculation or not.
I CANNOT GET THEM LINED UP...
Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting the 3 pins aligned or is this a take the whole dash apart sort of thing?
I will get a better pic when I take it back out later, but for now, part# 15 of the pic is the culprit.
