I started concerta 18 mg today. I started with Ritalin 5 mg twice a day but I had difficulty taking my second medication because of life and being a FT student.

I’m wondering what big or small changes people have experienced with concerta? I took it at around 9:30 am and it’s currently 5:25 pm and all I’ve done is eat and I’ve been in bed since. I just feel very tired and glued to bed.

I’m going to have another psychiatrist appointment in November to see if we need to make changes. Any comments or advice?
