Mac air m3,or windows

If windows should I go for gaming laptops or the laptops which will give me more battery life?

And I'm taking student loan if it matters... Idk if i should spend more than 1 lakh on laptop but still I want a good one for studies and for long period usage

I'm bca graduate,i got 89.9 percentile in mht mca cet,in 1st cap round I got allotted a GOPENH seat,I'm an obc category student but I still don't have the caste validity certificate it's still pending,I want to know what will happen to this seat if perchance I don't get the caste validity Certificate in time/ it gets rejected,will I be able the retain this GOPENH seat or will it be cancelled?
