Prescribed enclomiphene for severely low testosterone...worried I should see an endocrinologist though? Should I expect to take this forever?

Hi, so I've had two separate testosterone tests both under 250 (the last one was about 150). Free test also very low. I'm in my 30s and I have basically been unable to get below 200 lbs (I'm 5'9") for the past 10 years. ATM I am 230 lbs. I was even on Ozempic and could not lose weight on it. The past two years I haven't been able to get an erection naturally without Viagra and I'm only in my early 30s, which was the bigger driver of me getting tested. I had no idea how terrible the situation was going to be.

So now I am getting treated with enclo (going through Hims but also talked to my PCP about this). But now I'm worried I could have a tumor or some serious issue?

I definitely went through puberty (bass voice, average height, average penis, body hair, sex drive high until a couple years ago). So I don't think I have Klinefelter's or a serious genetic disorder. Did my testicles just stop working as well in my 20s?

I know Hims is really just a consumer service that isn't comprehensive healthcare, but it's easy/accessible for me and was barely more than what my Viagra prescription costs (which I'm canceling). If I see an endo it will be expensive, but should I?

My other theory: it's just an obesity feedback loop and when I'm a healthy weight again and build muscle maybe my body will be more balanced and can support itself without medication?
