Zoom lens for football games (from the bleachers)?

I own a Canon EOS 80D. I used to dabble in photography over a decade ago so I have basic photography knowledge, though very much out of practice.

Last year, I dusted off the camera to try and get photos of my kids during their football games. I quickly realized my current lenses (18-55mm, 50mm, and 75-300mm) weren’t going to cut it. The lighting varying field to field, the fast paced movements, and the distance from the bleachers to the players left me with more blurry, grainy photos than I would prefer. I’m sure there’s a learning curve to sports photography that I have to work through, but I also think a zoom lens would help tremendously.

I want to invest in a good lens, but looking for insight before splurging. Since I won’t be using this for professional photography, I won’t be recouping money spent anytime soon. However, I like the idea of potentially turning it into a professional gig at some point, so I’m trying to find something that will still provide good quality incase I decide to build a portfolio one day.

Do I need 8 laundry baskets?

I need a better laundry routine to avoid piles all over the floor but I’m struggling and need help.

Here’s my current system:
Everyone has their own laundry basket. The idea is that I can wash each persons clothes separately so it’s easier to put away. My kids are close in size so it’s not always easy to differentiate whose clothes are whose. But nobody ever uses the correct laundry basket so idk how effective this is.

Towels have to be washed separately so I take them out while I’m washing clothes and they sit in a pile on the floor. Do I need a separate laundry basket for towels? And then everyone takes their towels straight to the laundry room when they’re done with them?

Microfiber rags and towels also needs to be washed separately, but there’s not enough to justify a whole basket. But again, they usually end up in a pile on the floor.

Then there’s a separate pile of clothes that need to be stain treated, sewed, etc. <face palm>

I’m probably overcomplicating this, but I genuinely just need someone to tell me what to do.
