Has anyone here recently submitted their work experience requirements to IMA, similar to the one shown in the screenshot? If so, is it normal not to receive a confirmation email acknowledging that the submission was received? Also, how long did it take for you to hear back from IMA confirming that your work experience was accepted? Thank you!

Hi! Has anyone experienced this? I accepted BDO's CC upgrade offer to upgrade my Visa Classic CC to a Visa Gold CC. When I checked my BDO app today, it showed a Gold Mastercard instead of a Gold Visa.
I haven't received the physical card yet, and I also didn't get any text/email about the Gold Mastercard.
Does anyone have the latest IMA Support Package (2025/2026 version)? Would greatly appreciate it if you could share it here.
