Breeding for organ size?

Hi guys! As a bit of context, I am currently working on breeding smaller sized guppies. I understand there are small varieties out there such as the japanese double sword and dwarf pandas, but I am interested in pushing the limits of how small they can get.

I have recently purchased a few short body females in very good health. There is no observable spine curvature nor ballooning of the abdomen before feeding. However, there is still that nasty little issue of them overeating. Their appetite is simply too big for their body size, even when I put less food in the tank.

I really want to incorporate the short spine mutation into my project, as it will greatly reduce the body length along with the smaller size of the pandas and double swords, but I don't want this issue of over eating to come along with it. All this leads me to ask, is there any reliable, noninvasive way to determine a guppy's internal anatomy? I want to select for smaller stomachs, but I just don't know how I'd even begin to do that. I've tried looking online for detailed charts of guppy anatomy, ways to see inside that don't involve invasive measures, but I still can't find anything with the information I need.

If anyone knows anything about how to select for organ size, please let me know! I want these guppies to be as healthy as they possibly can be, and would like to minimize the negative effects of the short body mutation.
