I love minecraft. I develop mods for it in eclipse/intellij. But if i try to play survival even with a super cool modpack ill either get wooden or iron tools, die in a cave or something and never play again or ill spend so much time tweaking settings or fixing bugs i never end up playing. Theres been like twice ive been really into the game one of them was a skyfactory and the other way a modded server with friends

Specs: windows 11, evga rtx 3080 ti, i9 10900k, 32gb ddr4, 1tb ssd, aio

Ive had this pc for almost 5 years now and it seems like all the sudden itll randomly start lagging exteremely bad to the point windows itself becomes unuseable. Even when just browsing the web, ive checked temps and task manager. And i didnt download any new files. I did install a new windows update recently. A restart fixes it until it happens again. And its not gradual. But just letting my pc sit on for days in sleep mode no issue
