​I'm planning to apply for a UBL Freelancer Account soon, but after doing some research, I'm a bit confused about how the foreign currency accounts work.

​My immediate goal is to get an ePRC for my PSEB membership renewal (which is mandatory as of July 2026).

​Currently, my payout flow is:

Upwork > Elevate Pay > Local PKR Bank Account

​I'm unsure about the best way to handle this going forward:

​Should I transfer from Elevate Pay to a UBL PKR account or the UBL ESFCA (USD) account?

If transferring to the PKR account works, what is the actual benefit/purpose of the ESFCA account?

​My Questions:

Q1. ​Which account (PKR vs. ESFCA USD) generates an automatic ePRC when transferring funds from Elevate Pay (using the salary flow)?

Q2. ​Will I get an ePRC if I transfer directly from Upwork to either the UBL PKR or USD account?

Q3. ​What about Upwork > Wise > UBL (PKR/ESFCA)? Will this generate an ePRC? (My understanding is Wise doesn't attach purpose code 9186, so probably not?)

​Would really appreciate any guidance from those who have this setup working!

Long story short, got acne on nose and cheeks, went to a skin specialist. He said its because of processed foods, asked me to avoid junk food and take Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 6 weeks.

It worked, acne went away. I slowly went back to my routine, eating junk food once, twice a week.

About 6 weeks after I stopped taking doxycycline, acne came back.

Talked to doctor and he said start taking the doxycycline again. That feels weird, took medicine for 6 weeks and it only helped for the next 6 weeks?

Does this ever happened to anyone else?

He also asked me to avoid direct sun, apply sunblock, use anti acne facewash, which I still do, but the acne came back nonetheless.

I'd really appreciate any input.
