Hi guys I've been an AM for about 10 months now I'm an internal promo that works at a SC. My connection scores (LOI+) were trending pretty good peaking at 84ish. Last month my scores dropped to around 50. I noticed that most of my directs still had positive feedback about the way I manage but there were about 8-10ish of my directs that kept answering 'Rather not answer' which dropped my average. I'm a little concerned because I don't want to flag for low LOI+ and get put on any sort of plan. I've only got around 50 directs so every answer matters. I'm just looking to see if anyone had any tips to increase my scores.
