Like any nervous dad, I checked the nursery camera every night, waiting for the babysitter to put the baby to sleep.

Well, it seems like she found the real monitor in the parents’ bedroom and then whispered into mine, “Who are you?”

The orphanage I grew up in called the morning after my wedding to say they had found my biological father.

I recognized his address because I had just moved into it.

Rick and Morty is becoming more logical and detail oriented?

Has anyone else noticed that recent episodes are becoming more sensible and reason based? In older seasons a lot of absurd or impractical things would just happen without an explanation but in never episodes they increasingly and progressively show how certain ridiculous concepts work or at least give some reasoning behind them making it more grounded despite still being crazy and comedic.

I confessed I’d been forging death certificates for missing children so their kidnappers could raise them under clean names.

The priest slid my baptism record through the screen and whispered, “We did yours first.”

What if Sukuna accepted Yuji’s offer and stayed inside him after the final battle?

ngl i kinda wish sukuna accepted yuji’s offer at the end. imagine yuji already beats him and proves him wrong then instead of disappearing sukuna just stays inside him. not in a redemption way or becoming friends or anything but just stuck there. yuji is already one of the strongest sorcerers alive and now he has the greatest sorcerer in history sitting in his head giving advice during fights. i can just imagine yuji struggling with something and sukuna calling him an idiot then telling him exactly what to do. it would also be the ultimate humiliation for sukuna because he goes from king of curses to basically being yuji’s unwanted advisor. i know it would never happen because sukuna’s pride would never let him live under yuji’s terms but i honestly think that dynamic wouldve been fun to see. am i the only one who thinks this would’ve been a cool alternate ending?

Anyone took a gap year in india for neet prep and then came back to uae later?

just wanted to hear from people who went through something similar. if you moved to india after school and took a gap year or more for entrance prep what was the experience actually like. how did relatives, friends and everyone around you react when you took a drop year. did you feel left behind seeing everyone else move on with college.

also for anyone whose plan didnt work out and ended up coming back to uae before the exam or after not getting the result they wanted, what was that experience like. how did your family react, did people judge you, did old friends treat you differently when you came back, and how long did it take to figure out what to do next.

just curious because i feel like a lot of people talk about the success stories but not much about what happens when things dont go according to plan and how people dealt with it mentally and socially afterwards. would love to hear honest experiences from anyone who’s been through it.
