Philips 65OLED811 HDMI ARC Problem (/Bug?)

Maybe I can find some help here. I bought an OLED811 on Friday. My old Philips TV worked perfectly with my Denon X2100W via HDMI ARC, but the OLED isn't outputting any sound. The TV audio works fine, but when I switch the audio setting to HDMI, absolutely nothing happens. The sound keeps playing through the TV (the TV doesn't even display a notification that a change is being made), and no signal reaches the receiver. Interestingly, HDMI control (power on/off, switching the receiver to the TV channel) works without issues. If I switch the audio to Optical and unplug the HDMI cable, everything works fine again; the sound comes through the Denon. Of course, the control functions no longer work in that setup.
I’ve tried EVERY troubleshooting step I've found online: New cable, different HDMI port, eARC off, different audio-formats, resets, restarts—everything. Nothing helps. Given this - and because the symptoms strongly suggest it - I suspect a firmware bug.
Can anyone here help? Can anyone confirm this issue? Does anyone know a solution?
Calling Philips (with a total wait time of 75 minutes) and the subsequent email obviously didn't help at all.
