Mind to Matter, AdAPt, Overflow, Goliath/JG/Overload/Phenomenal Evil

I can't think of a single champion that can go toe to toe with Perfect Ryze. He'll have upwards of 12k HP so he'll be able to tank true one-shot abilities like a giga-stacked Cho'Gath's R, He'll one-shot any carry with E>Q/W, and he can outduel any bruiser or tank once the sustain from Riftmaker kicks in.

Obviously he isn't unbeatable. You can still lock him down and focus him from range, but what if you had to get in his range and try to beat him 1v1? Which champ could do it?

Perma-alpha Yi could do it, but you'd have to land 4-5 alphas without getting W'ed.

It was the most fun I had in years playing ARAM. Sure, some things were over-tuned (SNOWBALL SET), but it felt like you could make any pick work into any comp back then.

Aside from Karthus and Full AP Yuumi, I can't think of any reason why any carry would pick this. It currently serves more as a deterrent for "Transmute Random Prismatic". They could at least add 5% more true damage or reduce the HP penalty by 5% too.

I haven't tested this charm set yet, but almost every build I see is running it. I've been running Cain's since season start. Is it a lot better?
