PDF to EPUB converters, experiences & quality?

So I have a book in PDF form that I really wanna read, but PDF is so clumsy, I read currently in Apple Books, planning on buying a pocketbook verse.

I just figured out that PDF to EPUB converters are a thing, I feel like they will be kinda shit though. Has anyone used any, did it work well? If not, what went wrong?

Barista oat milk gives bitter aftertaste. Any ideas?

So I made nearly 2 weeks a post asking about people their experience with oat milk in iced coffee's, because I don't like the taste of cows milk. People were quite happy with how oat milk did for them. So I gave it a try, I finally got my hands on a liter of barista oat milk, and I tried it.

I have to say, it is very much an improvement. But I did notice an aftertaste that felt a bit bitter to me (not good at placing tastes), and it reminded me of when I tried iced coffee with thick coconut milk like a couple years, I had a similar aftertaste there.

I did some digging and looking stuff up online, and apparently this bitter aftertaste issue can be due to barista oat milk having like acidity regulators and oils added, to prevent it from curdling when mixing it with coffee. But these oils and acidity regulators can also create due to multiple reasons this bitter aftertaste when combined with hot coffee. The barista oat milk I used specifically has sunflower oil, pea protein, and also potassium phosphate.

If you have any ideas on how I can help get this bitter aftertaste minimized/gone, please let me know! I'd very much appreciate it.

Oat milk vs Cow milk, why prefer oat milk/cow milk?

So, I make like very simple iced coffee's, Ice cubes, cow milk, monin hazelnut sirup, double shot of espresso, and that's it usually. I now tried to add a little tiny pinch of salt, to make the good sweet notes of the espresso more apparent, and I also added a bit of cacao powder.

Now I noticed that I definitely preferred it like this over how I normally do it. But I still felt like the cow milk was too strong of a taste. I never drink cow milk to be clear, because I despise the taste.

I will most likely try next time to just put the strength of the double espresso on extra strong instead of normal. But I also read that using oat milk could maybe solve this issue. So I was wondering if anybody who has used both, could describe why they like the one they kept using better? So I'm kinda just looking for the pros and cons of both options, according to the actual people who used it instead of some random article lol.

Heartrate 170 while sitting in cinema

I watched yesterday The Odyssey in the cinema, and during the end scene I got some crazy adrenaline rush I think, my legs were trampling like crazy. And my heartrate went all the way up to 170, it was above 150 for 20 minutes. I know I’m sensitive to movies, cuz of hyper empathy, watching movies is often very uncomfortable emotionally for me, cuz I just feel everything so strongly. I barely ever watch movies for that reason.

The most intense period of this adrenaline rush was for sure during the fight scene at the end of the movie. Has anybody else experienced like an adrenaline rush caused by a stressful scene or whatever? (If you have experienced something similar, but not the exact same, please also let me know)

Numiscorner own site or vcoins?

I recently bought a shelling from 1750, minted in Antwerp. I bought that one on numiscorner, but via VCoins. Numiscorner.com has a payment method that would be easier for me I think. Would there be any drawbacks in for example, buyers protection, by buying on numiscorner.com instead of on the vcoins numiscorner store? Because if there is any drawbacks to that, then I'm not gonna buy it on their won site of course...

So I got this pair of binoculars like 7 or 8 years ago or something from my mom. But I was just using it once again, and I kinda got curious what model I now have, and what the quality is etcetera. It seems like I have the Eschenbach Trophy 7x50, but when I look that up on the internet, I literally can't find anything... I suppose this is quite an old model, but still, you would expect to find something about it.

Has anyone any idea what I now like have exactly? And what the quality is? What the value is? Oh and btw, I use this to look at the sky in the night, cuz I'm kinda obsessed with space lol. I can ramble on and on about that.
