Leaving Copenhagen

I’ve been in Copenhagen for around 10 years but I’m originally from a similar sized city in another country in Europe.

While I’m settled and objectively doing pretty well here, I still miss the culture and atmosphere of home and I’m considering leaving.

My question is, has anyone left Copenhagen for an objectively worse city? In terms of career opportunities, quality of life, safety, health care etc.

I’d love to hear stories about people leaving to go home for the sake of those intangibles like culture or simply being closer to family, and if it was all worth it or a huge regret.

Hope this makes sense!

Bruno Fernandes

This season, Bruno has truly laid any doubt of his quality to bed - his numbers are off the scale, he passes the eye test and he makes the difference when it matters.

Though, something I don’t think enough people are talking about, is that the reason for this, goes beyond his attacking output.

What has impressed me the most, as someone who has been Bruno’s biggest critic, is his transformation into a complete midfielder, a proper player.

I’ve always viewed him as a ‘chaos’ footballer - a splash and dash kinda guy, who needs to stay in the final third as false 9 or 10, to cause chaos for the opposition’s defence - not for our own!

I have been highly critical of him because of his inability to play at a high level in the middle and defensive thirds. In these areas, far too often over the years, I have seen him give the ball away for absolutely no reason. Whether that’s a misplaced pass, the wrong choice of pass, dispossession, or selling himself to be dribbled around etc.

He got away with this because of his offensive output. But for me, it was such a lazy argument as I just couldn’t wrap my head around why he couldn’t do both sides of the game!

I’ve been longing for someone to just grip him and teach him the midfield basics, teach him to make better decisions in these areas.

Now, I’m not saying this was necessarily Amorim, but I think his stint as a CM has done him the world of good. Coincidentally, I think it’s aligned perfectly with the point of natural maturity as a footballer.

What I’m saying is, the reason he’s finally getting the plaudits he deserves, is not just because of his assists and chances. That’s the crux of it, sure. But it’s also because of his improved decision making, tempo setting, ability to retain possession, press resistance, interceptions, tackles and so on.

As one of his harshest critics, he’s finally won me over - he’s comfortably in the world class conversation and has now cemented himself as a United legend.

Hello,
Hope this is allowed.

We've seen many vets, and spent hours upon hours researching and trying to get to the bottom of our cat's skin issues, but I wondered if there might be an alternative solution out there.

Especially as I'm searching in English.

I don't care how much or how far I have to travel! I just want what's best for the kitty.

Thanks!
