Seb derm or tinea faciei, or both?

Started having pain and tightness on forehead 3 weeks ago, after having taken about 7 weeks of antibiotics for middle ear infection.

Saw first GP and she said contact derm. Tried an antihistamine and it worked a little but couldn’t tolerate the dry eye side effects. Then started getting more redness patches on the face. Mostly itchy and very tight. Occasionally also painful.

Is this seb derm or facial ringworm? Also started getting some ring shaped patches on left hand at same time which is responding well ketoconazole cream and clotrimazole cream. Haven’t used cream on face as I am not sure what it is. Does this look like seb derm, facial ringworm or contact derm? Or a combination of them? Thanks very much.

Is this seb derm? Also most gentle face wash and moisturizer recommendation please? Thank you so much

Been dealing with this since I finished a prolonged course of antibiotics (7 weeks). Itchy and very tight mostly and sometimes also painful. Really scared and not sure what to do. Saw a doctor in person ans she said contact derm, took the antihistamine she prescribed and the skin got better a bit and cannot tolerate the eye drying side effects. Saw a second doctor online and she said seb derm and got keto cream but now not sure which doctor is right. Don’t wanna use keto cream if it’s actually some sort of contact derm as first doc said. Seeing an actual derm doctor in a few days. Help please, what does this look like? I tried vanicream cetaphil simple etc nothing works. Everything makes my face red and react at the moment. Any recommendation on most gentle cleanser and moisturizer ever? Thanks so much.

St Paul’s emergency

I’ve been there a few times in the past years ago, it can be a bit sketch and I wasn’t bothered.

Anyone with recent experience? I see the wait time there is always much shorter and I wonder if people who need emergency care still avoid going there?

Thanks very much.
