Q: Sheet metal folding in Atom3D

Hi folks, I use Atom3D and I'm by no means a power user. Basic functional components for 3D printing and small metal parts to mount things together. I work with sheet metal to the extent that I have 2 folds maximum for my parts, just a C shape. I can see that the Design Expert has sheet metal, but that's too complex for what I need and I can't afford that. Is there any workaround to get a flat pattern DXF from a simple part to laser cut and press? Thanks.

Budget changes: Saving up contributions cap until FY28?

With the budget changes, my trust + bucket strategy is going in the bin at the end of next FY. With any other form of running a company (eg holding company) it seems that I might be better off not doing any super contributions this year and saving the cap until FY 28 where it'll be more tax effective in the long run.

Whatever money would have gone into super contributions would now go towards the bucket company or holding company at least for this and next FY. Marginal tax rate will be at the 120-190k rate or maybe 190k+ depending on how the trading+holding company structure works out.

I can use carry forward caps later, super balance is below the threshold, and not losing unused caps, and have enough liquidity outside super.

Is my thinking correct here?
