I am employed in a foreign consultancy role and my client will be paying in USD. I wanted to ask is Payoneer a safe option to receive money? I am planning a move from Pakistan to England soon and would need access to USD there. I found payoneer as the only option that works. What are the tax implications in Pakistan? I am a filer.
