I wonder how a flatearth physics department would look like. No gravity no space no gravitational waves, local sun god knows why floating around, some moon along with it, a firmament god knows how far and made of what, it looks like all it requires is a bunch of youtube videos and you graduate.
That would be an easy way of getting a degree and fun as hell I think

I know you explain falling with buoyance(still not tells why things go “down” but I assume you have some reason) but how do you explain flying? Flying of planes, birds, insects? They are on ground when they are still but fly when they want, what makes a plane fly which is surely heavier than air.
Globers explain it by creating a greater than 9.81 m/sec^2 so planes gain lift but since there is no gravity how does that work? And what is that 9.81m/sec^2 that is measured on accelarating falling objects?
I really try to understand flath earthists. I try to approve them but it is really hard to do that for objective point of view. Why do all the governments try to hide the truth? They say for power, but how does it help them to hold the power doing so? To make people less religious? Islamic countries are the most religious countries in the world and they have zero control loss because of telling the earth is round.
It would be really helpful if a flat earther enlightens me about it. And how do all the scientists around the world reach consensus about this shutting up thing? For example when a person graduates highschool and attends university, will those who study physics, astronomy, space sciences be given money or threaten not to reveal earth is flat? What is the way to reach this?
