Hi, im a Father of a 6 month old girl, i have a loving gf (maybe soon wife) , a roof over my head, a stable job etc

My brain still decides that i miss my old life … single, drugs every now and then, girls, partys, gaming …

Why is it so hard to be thankful what i have?

Anyone else having this problem?

Should i consider psychological help?
