Thoughts on 3D printed fidgets?

I'm curious as to what people think about purchasing 3D printed fidgets from places like Etsy or similar.

I have a 3D printer and have printed lots of fun fidgets, but I generally avoid purchasing 3D printed goods for my own reasons.

Recently I stumbled upon a few different shops selling 3D printed sliders for $60 each, which is quite frankly mind-blowing to me because I know the costs involved. It seems they sell quite well, so I'm just wondering if people don't know, don't care, or possibly even prefer 3D printed fidgets for some reason?

Edit: My intent was not to call anyone out, which is why I didn't name drop these shops. I'm just genuinely curious of the appeal of these printed fidgets that have exploded on the market in the last couple years. It isn't just fidgets, now I see printed toys being sold at gas stations, malls, etc. for relatively high prices.

Transparent spinner thoughts?

I'm thinking about making these in a transparent option to sell, looking for some feedback. Would you pick this over a variety of colors?

I love mechanical things so I like the idea of being able to see inside the spinner. But it does make it quite "plain" looking.

Fidget Spinner Build (Time Lapse)

I made a cool time lapse showing how I assemble the fidgets I make. It gives you an idea of what's inside and how they're built 😎

Hello! A couple days ago I posted pictures of the fidgets I make. I think a video better shows how it works, so I put some clips together :)

They're made of a durable plastic that's injection molded, not 3D printed. I inject these myself! None of the parts are imported.

I'll leave my Etsy link in the comments if you'd like to see all the colors I offer. Happy fidgeting!

This is a "spinner" of sorts that I've spent the last two years developing. Sort of like a cross between a worry stone and a fidget spinner. It consists of two discs that rotate smoothly.

It has small BBs in it that give different sensations to the user when it's rotated. The four BBs roll smoothly, while the single BB moves up and down. Very satisfying IMO.

What do you think of it? I can provide a link to my Etsy if anyone is interested 😊

Just to be clear, this is a product I developed and manufacture myself that I sell on Etsy.
