I’m splitting a case of DZSS16 with my friend. Can anyone help me build a Kai Icon deck from the cards we pull? I also bought a playset of Scarlet Flame promos (D-PR/1214) and the Kai Icon Structure Deck. I’m a returning player because Kai Icon was announced. Thanks a lot for the help!

Also, if possible, could someone suggest some cheap upgrades I can buy? Thanks!

Have no luck finding other legendary commonly found in Departed Abyss (Gold Rush Ghost, Gremory, Cerberus, Arcus, and Itsurugi)
Can I use this as a milling option?
