is there actually a way to turn off ai mode google uses?

Im trying to do basic searches without google shoving a summary at the top of every single result and i want to turn off ai mode google... its driving me nuts honestly. half the time that ai answer is wrong anyway and i still have to scroll past it to find a real link
tried a few things already. on my laptop i found some chrome settings to turn off ai mode google has built in. helped a little but the ai summaries still show up on the actual results page. also tried adding -ai to the end of my searches which works but i dont wanna do that every single time. who has the energy
on my phone its even worse. went into the google app, tapped my profile, found search labs, switched ai mode off. restarted the phone. still seeing ai summaries on basically every search. so either the toggle doesnt do what it says or theres something else im missing
also, even when i turn it off, my searches probably still go through the same ai stuff on googles end, the toggle just changes what i see. so the data is still being processed either way which kinda defeats the point
ive tried other search engines too (duckduckgo, brave) and theyre fine for most stuff but i keep going back to google for specific things because the results are just better
is there a real way to turn off ai mode google uses or is the only real option to stop using google completely? feel like im fighting toggles that dont actually do anything

Looking for alternatives to spotify that don't sell my listening data

So I finally cancelled Spotify after seeing how much data they collect about my listening habits. I have been testing various alternatives to spotify for the past few months.
The Spotify problem nobody talks about is that hey don't just track what you listen to. They track when, where, your mood (based on song choices), who you share with, and combine all this for advertisers. That "Wrapped" feature everyone loves is just them showing you a fraction of what they actually know about you.
I’ve tested:
Tidal - Better audio quality, pays artists more, but still tracks plenty. Their "privacy" is mostly marketing. $11/month.
Apple Music - If you're already in the Apple ecosystem, slightly better privacy than Spotify. But Apple still profiles you. $11/month.
YouTube Music - Worst option for privacy. Google knows everything anyway. Skip this one.
Bandcamp - You actually OWN the music. Direct support to artists. No tracking. Limited to what's available, but for indie/alternative music it's perfect.
Deezer - European-based with stronger privacy laws applying. Decent catalog, less invasive than Spotify.
Self-hosted options like Jellyfin or Plex - Maximum privacy but requires technical setup and you need to source your own music.
Every major streaming service is in the data business. Music is just the bait. Even "privacy-focused" alternatives still collect significant data, just less than Spotify.
Now i use Bandcamp for purchasing music I love, Tidal for streaming when I need variety, and YouTube (with adblock) for discovering new stuff. Costs more than Spotify but atleast I don't feel like a product.
What are others using as alternatives to spotify? Particularly interested in services that prioritize artist payments AND user privacy. Seems like an impossible combination but maybe someone's found something.

EDIT: Yes, I know piracy is "free." No, I'm not recommending it. Artists deserve compensation.

EDIT2: Stop DMing me about Pandora. It's basically dead and was never that private anyway.

its like 2am and im typing this on my phone bc i cant sleep (toddler woke up at midnight and now im just up) and i noticed when i let bailey out before bed there was pink in the snow where she squatted. checked again just now and yeah its def my dog peeing blood not just like a weird color from food or whatever

shes a 7yr old golden mix we got from the shelter like 4 yrs ago. shes used to the cold. shes been acting normal, like ate her dinner and wanted to play tug after but i did notice she was going outside more times than usual today. wife thinks she counted like 6 trips which is a lot for her she usually does 3

our regular vet is closed now for renovations or something (small town) and the emergency one is 45 min away and last time we went there for something dumb (she ate a sock) it was like $600 just to walk in the door. money is tight rn so im trying to figure out if this is a wait till the vet opens thing or a get in the car right now thing

i googled it (bad idea i know) and now im seeing everything from UTI to bladder stones to cancer and im freaking out a little. shes laying on the floor next to me looking totally fine which is making it worse somehow?? like if she was crying i would just go

anyone been thru this... did your dog peeing blood turn out to be something that could wait a day or is this always emergency. also if its a UTI is there anything safe i can give her tonight to make her comfortable

sorry if this is rambling im running on like 3 hrs of sleep and the baby monitor just lit up again so
