Hello, I need a neurologist, please, to read my EEG.

have an ESP32-S3 development board with an OV2640 camera. The board is currently completely disconnected from any external components, but GPIO0 measures only about 0.65V relative to GND.

When I power the board, I sometimes get:

I am not pressing the BOOT button and nothing is connected to GPIO0. I also tested the board without the camera.

Is this 0.65V reading on GPIO0 expected, or does it indicate a problem with the GPIO0/BOOT circuit, a pull-up resistor, leakage, or something else?

What should I check to determine why GPIO0 is not staying at approximately 3.3V during normal boot?
