What is the rosby stokeworth issue

Recently finished fire and blood and so basically I understood that most of the fanbase is like rhaenyra isnt progressive because she rejected the the two girls over their younger brothers BUT if she did pass the bill wont her support itself implode cause all lords came for the sake of an oath not a revolution, if rhaenyra set precedent that the eldest comes first then every lord would be worried and mainly they are misogynistic they would hate it , and there was a rival right there to jump ship to , so wont it have been suicidal to do it even if she wished to do it

Whats your take and also

  1. Do you think westeros lords would have accepted the law of eldest inherits if she made the rosby and stokeworth as precedence or would they jump ship to aegon 2

  2. Is rhae genuinely a bit progressive or is she just another claimant even if the rightful one
