Ponies?

I'll be around this Thurs-Sat. Are the ponies back? I've noticed the weather isn't so sunshine and rainbows. Do the boat tours still happen in the rain?

Thanks!

WNRN

Scrolling the tings page and seeing WNRN presents everywhere on the shows. I know there are other radio stations in town but it seems like WNRN has a monopoly or just a huge piece of the pie with these shows.

No Mo Flow

I think I've had enough of Flow Kia. I take my car there because "they know Kia" and I bought my car there originally 10 years ago.

In the past 6 months, I've been there 6 times for an issue with my car starting up and low oil and I feel like I'm getting the runaround here. First it's a battery change, then some wires, then a claim that I have absolutely no oil in my car and when I ask is there a leak they say no! So then I get an oil change and have I thought of an oil consumption test?

And now back to the original problem of my car is having trouble starting and now it's stalling on the road!

All of this to say... where do you get your cars worked on because I can't stay in this relationship with the dealership.

29N in Madison shut down

I know its not Charlottesville proper but if you were trying to drive North right now, you are parked. Over the hill is an accident..

The Faces of Charlottesville

Do you have a favorite person you see in Charlottesville? A favorite bartender, barista, or person you see who walks their dog everyday on the downtown mall? Maybe the lead singer of your favorite local band at the market? They can be anyone but I'm wondering who the people of Charlottesville love seeing in Charlottesville.
