My first question is is your guys stools (poop) always diahreah or does it fluctuate or does it improve after a while?

Has anybody had close calls health wise with this or have gone to the doctor due to pain or maybe parasites stuff like that.

should you be consuming raw meat , raw milk , raw eggs everyday? , and do you guys still enjoy cooked meals?

Should I even start doing this or completely avoid it. I have GI/ stomach issues, currently Im dealing with diahreah and bloody stools and digestion issues. In the past ive had gerd which is serious acid reflux and side affect of it now i just burp alot.
