Your favorite deck

Hey everyone. New to Riftbound (although not new to tcg in general) I’m wondering what kind of deck I would like.
I know there are lots of posts asking for specific recommendations but I’d love to read what’s your favorite deck and why?
I’m sure it will help me and many others decide on a legend / strategy.
Very hyped by the game!

Thanks :)

Merci !

A reflection on 100 views = speaking in front of 100 people = success.

Hi everyone

So lately i've seen and heard a lot of people (Gary Vee as a prime example) do the “100 views is like speaking in front of 100 people, so you should be proud of that.”

I understand the intention behind it: It’s meant to give perspective, especially to smaller creators who feel discouraged. But coming from a music background where 20 years ago i did gigs all around Europe, and now learning social media and Youtube in particular, i want to address this trend because i can say with a lot of certainty that this argument is kinda directed to humility but also not true at all.

In all fairness, 100 views doesn't equal to speaking in front of a 100 people. The modern Youtube 100 views are at best 5mn of attention on long form, hit and run in the first 5-10sec, or 5-10sec on shorts almost instantly forgotten 5mn later. When i was playing gigs with 100-250 people in venues, most people were invested, came to talk after the show, bought some merch, wanted to be here. I can assure you 100 views total on a video doesn't feel of weight or equate that at all.

If we had to make somehow a comparison, it would be 100 unique views with a 100% watch time, many would left a comment, some would def buy something, and most of them would talk to their friends about the video, at least when they would go watch it and with which friends. Many would come back to the next video.

Now to make the parallel 100 views = 100 people in a talk (i've done some too), in a venue with 100 people, you would network a lot and have at least some potential leads and/or interesting conversations afterwards who'd move you to business opportunities in the future.

All in all, i'd say the level of engagement and return on a video to equate the 100 people in physical place would need to be a 100x at minimum. Even then, as i study many content creators, i'm not even sure 10K views would mean something equivalent in term of opportunities.

So if you're a small creator you're allowed in my humble point of view to want more views because opportunity comes at a higher volume, but also because you attain feedback (either comments, likes, and traffic to your activities) and memory that makes effort mean something.

Having a channel with 100 views on each video is like playing with maybe 1 or 2 people listening for a bit, in a street almost empty close to a hugely crowded boulevard. It feels lonely and thats why its hard.

(Disclamer: sorry for the poor english its not my mother tongue)
