Need advice with some ingredients lifespan
I'm attempting to make my first chinese meal tonight (sichuan mapo tofu) and need some help with how long I can keep some ingredients.
I bought fermented black beans in a packet with a ziplock but how long would they last once I open them? I also bought some pickled chilli's in a jar which simply say consume soon after opening. How long would they last exactly?
