Is there hope for my hope?

I recently returned home from my 2 month internship where my partner was taking care of my plants for me while I was gone. They are very unfamiliar with plant care and although it's not advised, I give him a watering schedule for each of my plants. I knew a few plants didn't make it but my peperomia hope is not looking well either. Its leaves are very thin and wrinkly and I'm not sure how to approach this. Should I just pluck the leaves off and prop the stems or is there a way to save the plant and leaves??

I do want to preface that even before I had left, I was also struggling to care for my hope :( The roots looked fine last I checked but the leaves never stayed as plump as they did when I first got it. Any help is appreciated!!

Should I repot?

My maranta is thriving! Since I purchased him in late February, he's given me about 10-15 new leaves and keeps pushing out new growth. He's right next to a humidifier and has a grow light over him for 12 hrs a day. 3 days ago, two of his lower and older leaves have turned yellow and are now crispy. He's also pushing out a root at the bottom and I'm assuming he's almost root bound. I have to check the roots at a later time since the soil is still a bit moist and it would be a bit messy to do so right now but I'd like to get a second opinion. He's currently in a 4in pot and I would be resizing him to a 6in if so.

To add some context, I'm also planning on leaving home for 10 weeks for a summer internship and if he needs to be repotted, I'd rather do it sooner than later. I have my partner looking after all 19 of my plants while I'm gone but I would ideally prefer to repot it beforehand so it can adjust to a larger pot before I leave :]

Is my creeping fig worth it?

I've had this creeping fig since March 21st and it hates me. I tried watering it every 2-3 days when the top soil was dry but it would give me yellow leaves. I've waited 4-5 days to water it but then the leaves dry out. It's right next to a humidifier and receiving indirect light about 6 feet away from an east facing window. I cannot get it to thrive no matter what. I know that they do best in terrariums but even when listening to as much advice as I can about their care, it constantly declines. It's halved in size since I got it and as much help as I would like, I'm also starting to consider that it might just be time to call it a fail. It briefly gave me new leaves but alas, I missed one day of watering and now it's sad and wilted again. Please help :( and if there are any plants with easier care and a similar look, please let me know!! It hurts to give up on my creeping fig but it's just so much upkeep
