I would like to know how do you guys hunt for the next job switch. Do you use indeed / linkedin /naukri or some other portals.
Also how do you guys obtain the contacts /emails of hr and talent acquisition. Currently I am also looking for a job switch.

I have been working in Meesho as Business Analyst -I. From 3 cycles I have not been promoted and this time my manager has assured me he has made my case. But actually i am not liking my job . I tried switching but I get rejected somehow even I land interview. For one role I reached till hiring manager round and got rejected int hat round. Despite having positive feedback in interview I got rejected. I am very hopeless at this stage of life. I have been working at 2 years at Meesho and I belive I didn't achieve anything 😢😢.
Has anyone resigned without any offer. I feel suffocated in my current job . Can some senior folks please guide me here.

So I got my bike checked by mechanic and he said that chain zyada time nahin tik payegi . Its has happened two times that my chane was making weird noises and I got it adjusted by adjusting the chain tension and diesel wash. Should I get a brass chainset for my hunter or oem . Do lemme know.
Should I get my hunter 350 chain changed ?
If yes then which one OEM or aftermarket.

In this journey added classic reborn suspensions,Gel layer on seat , bajaj avenger mirrors , and slip assist clutch.
I am 5'9 in height so bike became more comfortable after adding Gel layer on the seat and classic reborn suspensions.
Would be changing the handlebar soon if I switch to touring.
Suggest me some helmet of the xl size which matches with the asthetics of hunter 350 (dapper white colour )
So one of my friend is looking to purchase a bike. He is 6ft in height and the bikes we have checked out are classic 350, meteor 350, triumph scrambler 400x , triumph scrambler 400xc. Some more bikes which I would be suggesting him are bullet 350 , cb350 series , and xpluse 210. So the question to cb350 owners is that is it suitable for a 6ft person or should he check something else. Also we live in bangalore so service and spares availability is not much of a concern. Do suggest your povs.
