Can i change my choice filling for spot round 2 if i had gotta allotment in spot round 1
My rank is 2.9 lakh outside delhi

So I’m confused cause i mentioned my category rank in my profile in the crl section for the counselling and i’m outside delhi obc person will it consider my general rank automatically or not ????

My rank is 216000 in general and also outside Delhi can I get gtbit or bpit ???
