Hello, I’m not sure how to start. I know that malware on Iphone is extremely rare, especially since all my stuff is updated. Still, a lot of these seem to be too much coincidence. All of this happened on an Iphone.

So, I have multiple email accounts. All of them are on the gmail app. I try to open the gmail web browser desktop site because multiple accounts randomly got removed from my “change account” drop down menu in the app. (Note: None of the accounts have been messed with, the passwords are still the same, no new logins, no new recovery info, 2fa still on, etc etc. I could still log in to them.)

Anyway, the gmail web does show some of the accounts, but it shows multiple accounts i NEVER used to log into the website. Only the app. I’m 100% sure of this, since this account has a lot of sensitive information, i’m scared of using it in web browsers.

When I clicked on it, it did ask me to log in though. I’m not sure if that helps my case or not.

Anyway, this all happened last night. Today I reset my safari history website data, just to be safe. When I tried to use it again, an extension called “Paypal Honey” asked for my permission to access to multiple websites. I have the paypal app and logged into the paypal website before, but I never really use extensions, so I’m not sure how it got here.

My phone isnt jailbroken or anything. I sometimes accidentally go to suspicious websites, but I always click off them when I realize what it is. Does anyone know what this could be? Or anything I can do? I’m hoping to get a trusted contributor on this if possible, thanks!

Basically, I’m enjoying the game so far, but i’m fucking trash. I always have more deaths than kills and keep getting harassed over it. I don’t know how to get good at playing dps like at all. I tried sierra, i don’t like her. Does anyone have any recommendation or any links to
guides at getting good at dps? Or any heroes that make learning the game easier? No sierra.

Hi, basically, my email got involved in a data breach in 2024. Ever since then, i’ve been getting an insane amount of spam emails. I clicked on them at first because I didn’t understand what they were, but soon realized they were spam. I haven’t interacted with any since.

The thing is, the gmail spam filter often misses them. it’s extremely annoying, and i always report them as spam and move on. But it’s been making me feel a bit annoyed. Anything I can do? I don’t want to accidentally click on them or anything.

Title. I want to start by saying I do not regularly use AI, but gemini automatically pops up whenever I google something. This time, i thought it was more convenient than looking for answers.

I had an issue with firefox and the ai linked me to a site called enigmasoftware(.)com/threatcleanerinfo-removal/, which it later said it was malware.

I’m a bit freaked out now. I didn’t click anything on the site, and everything is all updated, but it’s still scary and a bit disturbing that AI links malware. Is there anything I should do or do I need to reinstall windows?

Hello, I’d like to start by saying my english is pretty bad.

Recently, I started to take cyber security more seriously. Seeing people talk about infostealers, especially those who claim to get them without downloading anything, has been making me a bit anxious. It’s to the point I am afraid of downloading stuff from the official websites.

I don’t really pirate stuff or anything, I know what the captcha scam is, and I certainly don’t download random files from people online without at least some proper source. I sometimes accidentally click on shady sites but they either get blocked by malwarebytes or I leave them as soon as I realize they’re bad. At most, I download game mods through the proper launchers, (Which, malwarebytes flags as riskware, so that’s fun. Also, I don’t download cheats. Just mods for single player or multiplayer games.)

My issue is that i’ve seen an increasingly amount of people get hacked from seemingly nothing. I’ve seen posts on here talking about being hacked or their information getting stolen despite them never downloading anything suspicious, never falling for the captcha thing, etc..) And it’s kind of freaking me out.

What I’m asking for is how do I make sure any of that happens to me? I have unique passwords on everything, 2fa, password manager, authenticator, don’t share any of my logins with friends, etc…, but i’m still a bit nervous. If anyone has any advice it would be very helpful. Thanks!
