How obvious is my foreign accent? Can you tell where I'm from? Any tips? Thanksss

This is what I've read out (just a random article):

I'm preparing for DELE C2 for Spanish (TL), and I just watched the example video for C2 Cambridge out of interest and it seems that their level of English was much higher than what's required for DELE C2 Spanish, based on the DELE example video. That said, some of them did still make mistakes or produce unnatural sentences occasionally.

Anyone have experience with both exams, whether it's C2 or another level? Though I did see another post where someone said DELE C2 is slightly harder than Cambridge C2. Maybe my perception is skewed because I'm a native English speaker. I'm just asking out of curiosity.

I'm also learning German so would be interested to know how that compares, or any other languages generally

Has anyone else been a literal zombie since the writtens?

I've recovered a bit from where I was a few days ago (doomscrolling in bed the whole day), but I'm still not able to do anything without procrastinating.
