Was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue. The last couple of nights when driving home, my car had become a bug killing field, so of course I the windshield washer fluid. Now, it doesn’t happened every time, but sometimes when I pull the lever to wash the bug splatter from my windshield, my lights turn off for a second leaving just the DRLs. It seems to happen the first time I use it on that particular drive, but it wont happen again unless I wait 20+ minutes before using it again.

Does anyone know how to report a bug (pun intended) to Subaru?
