Lemon water during camping

I found myself very dehydrated during my last camping trip because I normally drink a lot of lemon water but it’s harder to do during camping. Do you think bringing bottled lemon juice is a good idea in this case? Or squeeze a bunch of lemons myself before the trip and bring that? Usually the camp trips are around 5 days.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Sensitive friend at house

My friend came over who does not do MM and she has several chronic conditions including ME / CFS and super sensitive to pretty much everything.

My house is pretty low toxin, fragrance free shampoo, fragrance free laundry soap, natural cleaners, etc but we did move in a month ago and the previous owners (vacated in January) did use fragrance. We’ve also recently painted, bought couches, and my husband use some Swiffer wet cleaner a week before she visited but I told him to not use it because it stank.

After she visited she told me her throat was raw and her hair/ clothes were “saturated in fragrance”. I don’t know how that could be, as she was also only visiting for like half an hour or so. I feel badly about it and also now I’m worried that my house is not as low toxin as I thought.

Do you think my house has a higher toxic load than I think, or do you think it’s just because my friend is super sensitive? Btw I have gently tried to tell her about MM and she’s completely uninterested and thinks no one really understands chronic illness.
