Was walking to a training class the other day and this middle aged male who had a dog on a lead allowed the dog to run right up to me snarling and growling. Convo went as follows, him smirking

He probably wont bite you

If he does i will break his legs and then i will break yours

What planet do people live on that they think its ok to let their dog do that in public? Im a n adult but i have no doubt he would have the same attitude if it was a child.

As a Uk passport holder living and working here since 2022 i recently left my job due to sickness.
