So I was getting up off of the floor and felt a stabbing pain in my ankle. I figured I sprained it as I have sprained the ankle about 5 years back and I barely did anything to it. Walking is fine, but any medial movements I get pain in the front of my ankle and dorsiflexion and plantarflexion makes it hurt. I saw a podiatrist and they said it is most likely some sort of lesion that was irritated. I have an MRI scheduled.
What is the likelihood this will heal on its own vs the doctor prescribing PT knowing it won't work just to check a box before surgery for insurance purposes only to be off my feet for 6 months to a year?
Welp, it happened. One of my cats broke a piece of equipment. Jumped on the shelf, shuffled feet and bent my needle. I thought it was going to be nails on a driver, but alas. Here it is. I guess now is a good of time as any to upgrade the cartridge. This one is a Dynavector 10x5. Any recs for something better? It’s a REGA P8, Cronus Magnum III, Sonus Faber Amators.
Does anybody know if there’s a place that does kitchen knife sharpening? I know there’s places downtown, but I don’t love traveling all over the town with 16 knives.
Maybe we will hear something new this week?
