What’s in my bag Europe 2026.
When I was in Prague, a monetary turned hotel.
You give it a spin too, will you? You’ll find its hidden beauty, the texture the patina the reflections the charm it has under different lights….
Had a nice Japanese ramen in Mackie Mayor. Spending these 2 days in Manchester hanging around. The Deadman General Store is great, they have TN stock while everybody else is out of stock.
How about a visit to sous-bois partner store today 🤨….
By the way, train edition deserves photos at train stations right :)
Today I went to this beautiful little town called Hallstatt in Austria. Spent a pleasant morning and lunched there, before heading out to a salt mine in Germany.
Had a great time visiting St. Barbara’s Church in Czech Republic, before heading to “Bone Church” I had to get a mixed berry smoothie, thirst quenching.
Tram over train. Sunlit Prague streets, fresh journal supplies at the Gentleman Store, and a quiet moment at the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius. Enough.
Lennon Wall in Prague.
Arrived Prague this evening and had a quick dinner, Lennon Wall was right there in front of us when we left, what a chance encounter.
Three questions to ask in life: How do you want to spend your time? Who to spend with? Across what distance?
These questions came to me while I was just hanging around St. Pancras International with my TN Train Edition, right before checking into my hotel in King’s Cross. Why? Because holding a simple notebook that shares the exact same theme as the station I’m standing in made me so much more conscious of what actually matters. Looking around, the three installations here suddenly felt like answers.
Tracey Emin’s “I want my time with you” speaks to that raw, vulnerable longing for connection across borders. Paul Day’s “The Meeting Place” beautifully concatenates the romance of travel, the heavy weight of goodbyes and the breathless anticipation of hellos. And finally, there is the continuity made possible by John Betjeman’s determination to save this very station, a reminder to fight for the heritage we value.
As I start filling these pages, one thing I’m sure of: I want my time with you.
Visiting All Things Analogue in Eastbourne UK on 21st July, anybody there wanna meet up?
The collaboration was after Star Ferry edition (sold worldwide), but it was just Traveler’s Factory x HK Tramways so it was sold only in Japan and HK. But the event was great, we exhibited some artefacts from the tram factory, created HK’s first die cut transport card (octopus), showcased a few artists’ works, and had talks and workshops, it was great fun!
A card-sized TN lets you capture fleeting moments on the spot. Paint, draw, and write completely carefree. Cultivate creativity directly from your own source. ✨** **
Remember to always use your God-given talent for good, and only good.
I don’t want it shiny…. But since it is in my pant’s front pocket all the time, hard to avoid it being rubbed.
Wanna finish something? Silent mode is not enough anymore, turn off haptics on your phone.
Settings ➔ Sounds & Haptics ➔ Haptics ➔ Don’t Play in Silent Mode.
Now the world is truly yours, nothing else matters. Remember to own your attention; it’s a resource your heart should guard.
I pulled up my SX-70 camera and got some new films. Recalling my adventures with the camera and friends. All analogue. All beautiful, the lighting, the blur, the lomo…, relate?
Today, I just threw my TN into my postman’s bag for a doctor's appointment, where everything gets tossed together, tumbling around and mingling with each other. The only exception is my camera, which has a cushioned case for lens protection. I came back and noticed the new scratch marks. They are a little more noticeable than usual, but they will smooth off naturally later.
