Scooped one on Prime Day for $183. No stranger to Wiim products having owned a Mini, Ultra and Amp.

I was looking to simplify for casual listening and to make things easier for wifey, who loves my vinyl system but is terrified at damaging my gear or records; this is pushbutton easy, just use the phone app.

I was thinking this would be a cheap-sounding listening experience, wow I was wrong! Of course it doesn't match up to my main system of planar magnetic speakers, moving coil cartridge, DD turntable and single ended Class A amplification but it is a musical and enjoyable level of SQ.

I played my favorite funk, r&b and disco compilations, some Zep and Bowie and they were quite good at moderate volume, around 70 dB in a ~500 sqf room, sitting 7' away.

Good dispersion with the dual tweeters and the single 4" midwoofer punched way harder than its size. Was floored how well electronica and electropop sounded. Quite big, open sound for an 8" tall package.

It won't reveal massive detail on recordings or recreate the full symphonic experience but I don't think you can fault it at the price point. Highly recommended.
