I was working in my garden when I realized my green onions might make a cool alien jungle. I don't actually have a ton of different trooper figures, but I think the shoretrooper and death trooper combo works pretty well. This is my first foray into taking toy pics outside. It hit me that there are so many potential "planets" in my backyard. I hope you like the photos!
A few weeks ago, I found the NECA figure of Michelangelo as the Mummy at Ross (Springfield, Oregon). Today, I found Wolf Man Raph! They actually had a lot of NECA tmnt stuff there. I saw the Wingnut and Screwloose double pack, the original tmnt concept drawing black and white double pack, and a two pack with Casey Jones in business attire with a half sliced foot soldier. Wolf Man Raph was 17.99, and the double packs were $30. I was tempted to splurge and buy all of them before I remembered I am not made of money haha. At least I snagged this one.
I see so many Bullseye customs. I realize I am a little late to the game, but it feels like a rite of passage to make a custom of Bullseye at this point haha. I painted the head, which is a 3d printed MCU Bullseye in the Daredevil costume with the horns taken away and the Bullseye symbol added. I got the head and the throwing knives/leg strap from the ebay shop Collectible Carnage. The body is a combo of GI Joes (cobra trooper torso/arms/boots and B.A.T. legs). I filed away the cobra symbol on the chest and painted over it. I wasn't going to give him the cobra trooper belt/straps, but my wife convinced me it looked cooler with it than without. Now he can go on my bookshelf with Daredevil!
My wife and I are going on a weekend trip, and I decided that Swamp Thing needed to come with us. I've never taken any of my action figures with me on any of our trips, but I was inspired by other people's travel companions posted on here. This has been one of my absolute favorite action figures for over 30 years.
I posted recently about a custom sith lord character I made from one of the night brother black series figures. I got the other night brother, and I've started customizing him as a jedi. I love how Jedi: Survivor portrays crossguard lightsabers like hefty broadswords. Luckily, the top of the mace that comes with the figure pops off, so I made a lightsaber attachment that slots onto it. I tried to match the utilitarian look of the handle with leather wraps. I need to get some light colored fabric to make a custom outfit for him.
I plan to make an epic diorama for both figures. I am thinking maybe a Dathomir or Korriban backdrop.

I wanted to make my own sith lord, so I painted his eyes red and yellow, sewed a pouch for his bow out of some black denim and a shoe lace, made armor out of pieces of a cream cheese box that I painted and sealed with krylon, and made him a lightsaber out of a bamboo skewer.
