I am on my 7th Mo on Tirzep, but Ive been between 167 for the past 3 months. At 5’3 my target is 150lbs for a Man.

My first 3 moths on bpi tirzep with B6 i lost most my weight but it was rough. I transferred from the Semaglutide 2.4 league max dose , so IVIM (bpi) let me start TZ at 10mg. Self dosing dr approved i found 15 mg was too much for me, headaches, dizzy too often.

My next batch I used Fifty410

They use apothecary RX and they use Glycine instead of B6.

So back to my main question am I flatlined at 3-4 months or can i hope for another dip?

Also Glycine vs B6 any thoughts?
