PROBLEMAS DE SUBIDA CON MI INTERNET

Gente saludos, necesito que me ayuden con este problema que estoy teniendo desde la semana pasada, la primera imagen es un test desde mi teléfono, la segunda desde mi PC como pueden observar la velocidad de subida de mi PC parece limitada, esta super mal y por wifi si esta simétrica a la de bajada, ya descarte el cable porque compre otro CAT 6 y ya probé con 3 distintos, no es el router porque pruebo directamente desde el ONU a mi PC por RJ45 y es el mismo problema, ya no se que pueda intentar y lógicamente esto me produce lag en los juegos.

Hola necesito ayuda si alguien sabe como solucionar estos problemas de tirones al jugar, antes no me sucedian pero luego de la actualización empezó este problema, ya reinstale el juego y borre la cache de adrenaline software de AMD, si alguien pudiera ayudarme por favor, las specs de mi PC son:

16GB RAM DDR5
Ryzen 5 8600G
9060 XT 16GB
El juego esta instalado en un M.2

Hi everyone, I need some help fixing these stuttering issues while gaming. Everything was fine before, but the problems started right after the latest update. I’ve already tried reinstalling the game and clearing the AMD Adrenalin shader cache, but nothing seems to work. If anyone could help me out, I’d appreciate it. My PC specs are:

Estoy teniendo un problema con mi mouse, no funciona no se mueve ni se desplaza, solo hace clic, para que funcione tengo que reiniciar mi PC infinidad de veces para que funcione, ya hasta formatee el Windows y sigue con el mismo problema, he intentado ya desinstalar drivers, cambiar de puerto, actualice el firmware del mouse desde el software de Asus, intente desde Gearlink y de todo, lo conecto a otra PC y mágicamente funciona pero específicamente en mi PC empezó con ese problema desde hace unos días, el mouse ni en la BIOS funciona ya no se que intentar, lo curioso es que en otra PC si funciona a la primera y en la mía agarra 1 de cada 100 veces y cuando reinicio la PC vuelve el problema, el mouse tiene apenas como 15 días de uso.

I'm having an issue with my mouse. It doesn't move or scroll at all; it only clicks. I have to restart my PC countless times just to get it to work. I’ve even formatted Windows and the problem persists. I've tried uninstalling drivers, switching ports, updating the firmware via Asus software, and even tried through Gearlink, but nothing works. It works perfectly on another PC, but on mine, this started a few days ago and it doesn't even work in the BIOS. I’m out of ideas. It only works about 1 out of 100 times, and whenever I reboot, the problem comes back. The mouse is brand new, I've only had it for about 15 days.
