What are the mods that are used for the character creation overhaul? Are they requiem-specific or can you use them without it? My PC cant run lorerim so i wanna at least get some of the things

My question is what is the name of the mod where you pick two perks, or feats idk what they are called, at character creation? Is it a requiem specific mod or not?
