Where to ask for legit help as the discord rarely produces any
Where can one go to get answers to legit questions and need for help? Everyone of the list authors have a discord with admins and a lot of community members. This isn’t a post to trash on the authors or the communities. It is a serious ask because questions will largely go unanswered.
I have posted in lots of different conversations and had excellent back and forth and really been able to work through some fun stuff but 80-90% of my questions that are a related to a need for help go unanswered. No admin to ask follow up questions, no one “in charge” to see what the issue is. I see this a lot with other users as well. People ask questions that never get a follow up at all.
Where does one legitimately go? If you go to Reddit you get the obligatory “you should go to the discord” and then your back at square one.
Love and respect what you authors do. I could never do it. With that said if you have a place dedicated to getting answers/help at least have a system to ensure questions get a follow up. Even if it’s to say “I reviewed the issue but I don’t know how to help with this.”
