This noise is clearly audible in the cabin when the car is stopped, and often even when it's moving—it's annoying, even when the radio is on. Is this normal? It's not the sound of the battery cooling—that's more like the sound of a fan. It happens very often.
The car is 2026, ~1000km.
I bought a brand-new Bigster Hybrid-G 4x4. At 700 km, the gears started shifting very roughly, and several times an alarm with a triangle and a red exclamation mark lit up on the dashboard, along with many yellow indicators. When accelerating and braking, there’s a grinding noise (not very loud).
Has anyone else experienced similar problems? The car is a 2026 model, Extreme trim.
Edit: Nothing wrong found in the service center. There is a software update and "let's see".
