I listed a pair of tickets for a show. Someone bought one within an hour. I then realized I the ticketed would only allow me to transfer them as a pair, not individually. So I immediately had to cancel the sale and gave the reason as needing to sell as a pair not one by one.

I relisted the tickets being careful to check the box that they had to sell as a pair. Within minutes, the same buyer bought both. All told it was less than one hour that the first ticket sold, was cancelled and then sold as a pair. Everyone happy.

Next day Stub charged my credit card $250 for cancelling. I started a dispute but haven’t heard back.

What’s the best way to argue my case? Buyer was able to attend the show, honest mistake on my part, immediate action etc.
