Hello everyone. Anyone here na may idea ano dapat ang salary rate for rehired employee? Dapat ba higher, lower or same rate?

I resigned 1 year ago and decided na bumalik sa same company for the same work position; however, I was advised na ang approved salary offer is same nung salary ko nung nagresign. Note that they are aware na reason for resignation ko is family matter and sahod.
