Vasc. Surg Appt Next Week/(Undiagnosed) Anyone with 2nd Vasc Compression May Thurner? Nutcracker?

I know I just posted (photo a few posts down) I have a short appointment coming up with Vasc surgeon who specializes in TOS.

I’ve got positional waist numbness, short of breath, brief numb hands and occasional dead arm in am, left arm swelling/mottling in heat/compressed, dx (in office visit) neuralgia left face, dx (in office visit) left ulnar nerve in hand compressed

Does anyone have multiple compression syndromes? Will I be immediately dismissed if I asked about lower vasc compression causing/aggravating possible TOS?

Can TOS cause TIA/saddle +chest numbness?

I had pain turning my neck (left) sharp and distinct going up from collarbone to jaw, for a few weeks, then a fuckass headache that kept up me all night and woke me up with a booming noise, left numb jaw two days later. This followed with two weeks of back/neck pain at night and pelvic pain, bending over which is now numbness bending over or seated a certain way. It doesn’t last long and is better standing up. My PCP did a MS workup - negative and ignored my vasc concerns bc of existing migraine/pots dx.

But I have left hand ulnar nerve entrapment?? Left sided head neuralgia eval scheduled with neuro. Wtf is up with the left side of my body. Left arm and now right have been swelling and mottling in heat since this started april. The collarbone line is on both sides, and I’ve had SOB bending over, at night - foot kicked out like i was a dying animal but i was breathing slowly to get it back?? - blue lips in am, low ox in bloodwork.

The neck photo attached is this week. I posted in ask docs - who rec’d vasc surgeon appt. But does anyone have advice on HOW to communicate? 🙏🏻🙏🏻💕
