Advice for getting my 2 kitties in a stroller?

I have 2 sibling indoor cats. I would love to be able to bring them with me on a walk in a stroller. (Whether they would like it is yet to be determined, though, lol.) Does anyone have experience or advice in how to best place 2 cats in the carrier one by one without having a chance that Iris will jump out while I'm putting Opal in? I have seen strollers with 2 seperate compartments, but I think they would do better both in one. I was looking for a carrier that has a top zip entry, as I think this might be a little more assurance that they won't jump out. Any recommendations would be very helpful. Thanks.

Path report makes no sense to me

I was diagnosed in February 2025 with MCD, but have not responded to prednisone treatment nor rituximab. I had a repeat biopsy last week, and I am pretty sure it is now referencing FSGS. I will f/u with my nephrologist next week, but I am confused when reading the path report. Is this just a typo, because it says there are glomeruli present, but then it says that there isn't: "The biopsy does not show by light microscopy 46 glomeruli with four globally sclerosed and no significant abnormalities in remaining glomeruli. Immunofluorescence studies are suboptimal since glomeruli were not present for evaluation. By electron microscopy, there is extensive foot process effacement." Can anyone interpret what this is trying to say? Thank you.
